Shipping & Returns

Scope: this page describes the default commercial terms for wholesale knife orders placed with Zenttop Industrial Co., Ltd. Final terms for each order are confirmed in the proforma invoice and sales contract signed for that order, which take precedence over this page.

Ordering: all orders are quotation-based. Prices, Incoterms (typically FOB Shenzhen / Yangjiang; CIF or DAP on request), packing and carton markings are stated on the quotation and confirmed at order time.

Lead time: standard lead time is 25–30 days after deposit and artwork approval, depending on model, quantity and finish. Rush schedules are quoted case by case.

Shipping: we ship with major forwarders by sea (FCL/LCL) or air for urgent and sample shipments. Export documents (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and FSC documentation where applicable) accompany every shipment.

Quality claims: every order ships against the buyer-approved golden sample. Inspect goods within 14 days of arrival. For confirmed manufacturing defects, we will replace affected units in the next shipment or credit the order value by mutual agreement.

Returns: due to the custom and food-contact nature of the products, we cannot accept returns of correctly manufactured goods. Defective units, wrong models or shipping damage are handled under the quality claims process above — please photograph the goods and cartons before unpacking.
