Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption Statement

Commitment: Zenttop Industrial Co., Ltd. conducts business honestly and transparently. We do not offer, promise, give, request or accept bribes, kickbacks or facilitation payments, in any country, under any circumstances.

Scope: this commitment applies to all of our employees, management and anyone acting on our behalf, including agents, distributors and intermediaries, and covers dealings with government officials and private-sector partners alike.

Gifts and hospitality: modest, occasional business courtesies consistent with local law and our customers' own policies are acceptable. Anything intended to improperly influence a purchasing or regulatory decision is not.

Supplier and partner expectations: we expect our suppliers and business partners to meet the same standards. Our supplier onboarding and periodic BSCI social-compliance audits include checks on ethical business conduct.

Raising concerns: if you become aware of conduct that conflicts with this statement, please report it to knife.ac@gealss.com. Reports are handled confidentially and without retaliation against the reporting party.
